Ours is the only Company in South India conducting routine hospitality training programmes for our staff and drivers in which the lectures are handled by senior faculties from the Travel Industry. We regularly conduct sessions for drivers to make them more confident in their communication skills, ettiquettes and manners, cleanliness, maintenance of the vehicles, driving skills and newly developed tourist routes.

We never interchange the drivers and vehicles and we never break the services of a driver to a particular guest provided there are no emergencies. The continuity of service to a particular traveller with the same vehicle and driver throughout the journey has been well accepted by most of our clients.

Finally we take great care for the regular maintenance and cleanliness both of the vehicle and the driver. We normally stop using vehicles ageing over three years for long trips and highranges.
